Pylontech has recently introduced software changes, on US2000 batteries, that may cause communication anomalies when combined with 3000SP and single phase hybrid inverters.
The quickest and most effective way to completely rule out the possibility of this problem occurring is to update the firmware of the above inverter models.
There are two ways to do this
1. For all systems, connected with an external Wi-Fi card, in which the configuration of the monitoring system has already been completed, ZCS can carry out the firmware update remotely. Contact us indicating the serial numbers of the devices (inverters) installed and our technicians will support you in carrying out the operation.
2. Update the devices via micro SD card, using the firmware versions that you can find on the website www.zcsazzurro.com, in the product section, or by referring to the firmware and procedures that you will find attached to this communication.
They have aligned the FWs of the batteries and inverters. In order to guarantee the correct operation of the systems we have already supplied, we recommend that you carry out the above-described update on the installations you will be making, for a period of at least two months from the date of this communication.
It is not necessary to carry out any of the operations described above in the following cases:
1. If the batteries installed are different from Pylontech, specifically Weco and Azzurro Energy.
2. In the case of installations made with three-phase hybrid inverters, regardless of the type of battery.
