The public tender consists in the granting of non-repayable subsidies to Italian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are planning investments aimed at the self-production of electricity through the installation of solar photovoltaic or mini-wind power plants, for immediate or deferred self-consumption, by means of accumulation/storage systems.

Beneficiaries:

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) resident in Italy, of all production sectors, with the exception of the coal sector and the primary production of agricultural and fisheries and aquaculture products.
In order to ensure compliance with the DNSH principle, enterprises whose activity is mainly concentrated in the following sectors are also excluded
(a) fossil fuel-based energy production and related activities
(b) energy-intensive and/or CO2-intensive industries
(c) production, hire or sale of polluting vehicles
(d) waste collection, treatment and disposal
(e) nuclear fuel processing, nuclear power generation

Objective:
To support investments aimed at self-generation of electricity through the installation of solar photovoltaic or mini-wind power plants and to improve access to financing for self-generation of energy from renewable sources in Italy.

Requirements:
Investment programmes supported by an energy diagnosis, carried out by qualified entities, in compliance with the relevant
